The intention of this book is to demystify some of those grey areas of the golf game and to give the reader some structure as to how they might approach the game in order to gain some early improvement.
If the reader wanted a more easy to read or practical manual on how to deal with the physical and mental challenge of playing great golf, then they will find it with this great guide full of practical golf tips and ideas.
If you had a check list of all the important aspects of your golf game that you wanted to work on and improve then this book is likely to cover all those points. Written in a realistic manner to manage your expectations while at the same time delivering important instruction on the major elements of your set-up, your grip, your stance and your posture, will get you on the right track quickly.

I will often read through a section and then work on that part of my golf game before moving on to the next section.
If you look on page 77 you will find a very important lesson. Don’t try and get ahead of yourself. Deal with all the basics first, build your confidence and then and only then move to the next stage. Sometimes pushing too hard can actually cause you to go backwards and slow your progress by confusing the issue.
It is refreshing to find that this book covers all aspects of your golf game both technical and also mental and combines the two in a way that ensures all bases are covered.
Possibly a video would have been helpful with the online version, but I do note that videos are available as an addition if required.
If you are serious about your desire to improve your golf and are willing to put in the required effort to improve your handicap, I believe you will get good value from this book.
